The Healing Farm also offers light exercise programs at our health retreats like yoga, hiking, Feldenkrais and QiGong. An elimination diet, Whole 30 meal plan is always offered at our women's and health retreats using local organic foods and meats and NO INDUSTRIAL SEED OILS!
