What to bring and directions

• We will have a couple of extra yoga mats just in case but encourage you to bring your own
• We will have limited props available (one blanket and one strap per participant) so if you know you'll need a bolster, blocks or an extra blanket, we encourage you to bring them!
• If weather permits we may go out for a little hike in the headlands. Please bring a light jacket, sunscreen and sunhat or visor just in case.
• As always in the Bay Area (even inside) please wear layers! You never know what to expect.
• There is no cell service at Headlands, so please make sure you review directions carefully and know that you will be electronics free all day!
