If you don't already own Chris' book "The Paleo Cure" I would highly recommend it. Chris clearly explains the science behind functional medicine and this elimination-type diet without pushing a full paleo lifestyle. It's (and he) is all about uncovering what works for you. Be ready for the book signing with your own copy!
