Sage Cabins
These sweet little cottages are the most centrally located on the property and have front porches on the main walk so you can say hi to passersby! Each cabin includes two full size beds with private bath. One of the Sage Cabins is wheelchair accessible.
Oleander House
Ranch style building with connecting outdoor porch all around, two of these private rooms face the sage cabins and central part of the property and two face the hills. Each room has two full size beds with private bath.
Manzanita House
Manzanita House is our best pricing available with shower room and the old fashioned “water closet” in the hallway. Perfect accommodations for individual travelers, those who want to share a room with a fellow guest or friend or a dorm type quadruple room to share tucked into the second floor eves.
Live Oak Lodge
This centrally located lodge has an outdoor patio facing the main walkway, a common living area with fireplace, dining area with table and chairs, and small kitchen with refrigerator and sink. There are three ground floor rooms with private baths (one king or two double beds in each) and an upstairs room with private bath which sleeps three. There is also a ground floor suite with a separate entrance, sitting area (two twin sofa beds), one king bed in bedroom, private bath and private patio.
Rock Rose Hideouts
Best suited for a couple or single occupancy, the Rock Rose Hideouts are two sweet rooms that are quietly placed facing the mountains with one queen bed in each and private bathrooms

Policy
Deposit and Cancellation
Your $500.00 deposit will hold your spot so register early! If for some reason you need to cancel, please note that there will be a $250.00 cancellation fee if The Healing Farm is notified of cancellation more than 30 days before the retreat. Within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited plus 50% of the balance paid. If we are able to book your reserved spot after cancellation, we will refund your full amount. There are no exceptions to these policies.
If The Healing Farm Mayacamas Ranch retreat is cancelled due to lack of lack of interest, inaccessibility to the ranch, natural disaster or act of God, we will give you a full refund of deposit and balance paid.
Balance and Incidentals
Retreat balance and additional amenity purchases are due 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Although there will be options on-site to add a treatment, private consultation or field trip, we would prefer pre-booking so we can pre-schedule appointments and transportation. If any add-on options are booked on-site, you will be charged at the end of your stay when you check out.
